Project Background

The owner of 425 Madison Avenue North seeks preliminary and final plat and rezoning to R-1-C with a Planned Unit Development (PUD) approvals to subdivide the existing single family lot into two parcels to create one additional single family lot. The Planned Unit Development (PUD) approval is necessary to allow both properties to have reduced lot frontage along a public street.

  • March 23, 2021 - Planning & Zoning Commission
    • Action: Hold a public hearing to consider site plan, rezoning and PUD applications and make a recommendation to the City Council.
  • April 6, 2021 - City Council Meeting
    • Action: Review site plan, rezoning and PUD applications and recommendation from the Planning & Zoning Commission; motion to approve, deny or table the item.
